I wouldnt hire UBH to build a dog house. If I couldve given zero stars I wouldve! My parents had a house built back in 2017, I cannot tell you how many times we had to stand and correct these professionals they hired. They didnt even know what shape a door was. It was beyond crooked. THEN they had people come out and paint doors while it was raining. So obviously the paint ran onto the brand new concrete. My dad had to tell them to replace boards that was SERIOUSLY bowed beyond belief. Took them forever to come fix a leaking door and fireplace. Mind you this was all within the first 6 months of the house being finished. They have a 5 year warranty, yet they dont want to fix anything. They recently noticed their shower has been leaking for AWHILE, but they say its not under warranty.

We are looking to build in the near future and UBH is the ONLY way to go. I used them 30+ years ago to build a house and was very pleased with the process. If your funds are limited(or not)you should check them out. It's true-- NO ( or very little) $$ down and they pay all the 'up-front' fees. Great house plans and will work with you on your own plans. Can't say enough good about United Built quality homes, people, and workmanship .
